General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Belia Lofts - Eppan, South Tyrol

1. Booking

A booking becomes binding after written confirmation and receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total amount or by providing credit card details. Please check your booking details carefully.

2. Prices & payment

• Prices do not include local tax per person/night.

• Additional cleaning on request: €30.

• Payable by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, EC), ATM or cash (max. €4,999.99).

• Final payment on arrival or in advance - depending on agreement.

3. Arrival & departure

• Check-in from 15:00 hrs | Check-out until 10:00 hrs

• Please let us know your arrival time in advance.

• Check-in takes place in person at the loft.

4 Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival - deposit will be refunded.

• From 13 days before arrival: 80 % of the total amount (if not sublet).

• In case of no-show or early departure: full amount will be charged.

• Group bookings: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

• We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

5. Stay & house rules

• Adults Only: stay from 14 years.

• Our lofts are non-smoking accommodations.

• Pets on request (fee: €20/night per dog, no access to pool and garden).

• The guest is liable for damage or heavy soiling.

6 Liability

We accept no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Use at your own risk.
