By loft, we mean modern holiday flats with open-plan layouts. We have equipped most of them with a bedroom, an open-plan kitchen/living room, a bathroom and a fantastic terrace. Ideal for couples. But also for friends. After all, some have a third bed and some even have a second bedroom.
The BELIA has a total of 2 penthouse lofts on the top floor. The views sweep towards the Schlern, Rosengarten or Merano. Look forward to approx. 55 square metres of living space + 45 square metres of terrace.

Cleaning Service:
Every 3 days, depending on the length of stay.
Towel change daily, upon request.
Dog:
Dogs are welcome in our selected apartments and are charged €25 per day (without food).
Only one dog is allowed per loft.
To accommodate both guests with and without dogs, we accept only a limited number of dogs per week and also provide dog-free apartments for allergy sufferers. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog. Only in this way can we check whether a suitable apartment is available in the desired week.
We also assume that your dog is hotel-experienced and behaves respectfully towards other guests and our furnishings.

In front of the garage. E-bike rental through E-Bike Rent Eppan.
